Epigenetic = formed after the rocks in which it is hosted. This is distinct from epithermal (ie; low-temperature).
Orogenic = associated with deformation. Which is also, by definition, epigenetic.
VMS = syngenetic, formed at the same time as the host rocks.
So the key is interpretation of the vein textures and mineralogy. These veins are loaded with sulphide and vein fragments, and cut across the deformed rock and earlier veins. it's all suggesting epigenetic copper.
Other examples in the region probably include the kumarina copper deposits (though that's chalcopyrite-pyrite)....and not much else.
