I don't think they are trying to intimidate even with the world falling around us. I don't buy the delisting threat.
I think the warning is to be used a "cover" to unleash large number of WNI associate warehoused shares in the days ahead (probably by the end of next week just to make it look credible).
The fact that they have not bought anything north of $2.45 for the whole day tells us they will drive the sp lower from hereon.
If they get to that magical 88.5%, then it's probably all over. The next 5 days will be interesting in this game of cat and mouse.
