Nuke - Haven't read the bid but usually directors or sophisticateds generally would not complete their transfers until all conditions are fulfilled, inc the 80 in this case. That is because they already said they would accpet if the conditions are ticked. Truth in takeovers means WNI doesn't even have another 1pc yet, unless they are warehousing some.
