    re: Ann: WNI: Supplemental Circular re Takeov... This ANN is not an offer for BRM shares- it's just info that was required in addition to the first info, but has been able to be obtained since the AGO takeover of FRS, to my reading.

    I'd say WNI would be happy to have BRM taken over by another party, so they can sell their shares, as they did into the AGO/FRS takeover. That may have been their aim all along.
