This scenario has played out time and time again, the last die hard few will always get fair value.
As long as the ex-directors don't sell and there is a clear 30% left that can't be diluted down to 9.9% and forced into compulsory acquisition, then wah nam will have to stump up fair value.
Where the **** is ASIC in this whole mess?
What about the takeovers board, how absolutely useless are they?
