Its effectively saying the deal is on no matter what the acceptance percentage - a small win for BRM as far as I can tell.

Madlicon, if they get to 50%, you can hold on as a minority holder if you like with BRM shares and do not have to accept the offer. The only difference is Wah Nam will control the board and be able to move the company in any direction they like. The whole offer is ludicrous, why would you accept for Wah Nam shares when you can just hold on the BRM directly? You would have to be senile or on drugs to accept.
