BRM continues to exist as a company with tradeable shares - as it does now. All it means is that WN are a majority shareholder and will therefore have board representation allowing them to have influence in the way BRM is managed.
If WNI just happen to get 90% of the shares, they can effectively force the remaining 10% shares to take their scrip, however, this is highly unlikely to happen.
So, basically even if they do get 50% it doesn't affect the ongoing existence of your BRM shares, but the decisions the WNI influenced board make will impact on how the market reacts to their decisions and therefore the BRM share price will go up or down accordingly.
