I'm staggered that a foreign company who's Chairman and major shareholder is under investigation for corruption has no issue taking our assets. Welcome to Australia.
Good luck to Swan in getting a cent of tax out of them. If they can effortlessly weave their way around our takeover laws our tax laws will be a breeze.
