re: Ann: WNI: Completion of compulsory acquis... I am in the same boat. Sent my form off only to have a company called Phoenix Admin write to me to tell me my shares and funds have been put in trust until they can locate the rightful owner!!
Now I am supposed to confirm my Identity,send in a statutory declaration and then have prove who I am in order to get paid out.
