Did any holders receive their proxy forms? I can't say I did. But usually most Red Sky Mail gets filed under BS in the Bin.
The issue of the options were going to be POST consolidation at 130%, which would have given them a strike price of 5.2c. At consolidation share price of 4c RG would be receiving $240,000 in options and possibly in the money very soon.
