The company is essentially saying they have no need for an additional placement facility

Thus that should alleviate the concern they need a CR

Remember they have $2.4M of cash, a whopping $1.5M of stock and revenues in Q3 of $1.1M

There is no immmediate need to raise money and they will more than likely be CF+ by Jan quarter

PAC Partners are roadshowing them around Sydney and Melbourne after the AGM, so this should put to bed any concerns it’s a roadshow to bookbuild - it’s purely to promote the company

Finally management start using their heads !
