could it be that he was lying this whole time about the china JV?

the $1.5 million shareholders paid him to lie?

Can somebody please spring for a lawyer so we can find out what skeletons this company is hiding?
would love to know what has been occuring in the back room these last 3 years.

Not sure where ASIC have been all this time, thought they would be all over this mirage.
