It's a different world out there, Boards actually take notice of shareholders nowadays with the new remuneration rules. Notice the monolith CBA have done the same thing. This management are ON NOTICE, if they start getting their remuneration resolutions knocked back (and I bet they are noticing those votes coming in now) they will then have their own actual wages affected not just their bonuses.
It was a very ill considered resolution in the first place and had no hope with the SP @ ELEVEN cents!!!
