During this weekend I did some research on this company.All descriptions point to Endeavor Robotic(formerly iRobot) as this "US ground Robotic company".It is a private company,but wait, it is really a leading giant in this industry.

I just simple googled by the key words"US ground Robotic company more than 25 years".The first two results are related about Mobilicom's contract.The other search results in sight are all about "Endeavor Robotics".As we are told by our company's annoucement,the customer will use Mobilicom's MCU 30 lite with its new Mobile MESH Networksolution and relay capabilities for underground and in-building operations.In the PR Newswire,there is news on 01/10/2018,which is phrased as "Endeavor Robotics,the world's leading provider of unmanned ground vehicles,announced that it has won a phase 1 award to complete in the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency Subterranean Challenge.The initial $1.5 million contract will fund Endeavor's efforts to develop a system of systems'technology solution to operate in underground environments."Both ends meet perfectly here.

"The DARPA subterranean challenge aims to develop innovative technologies that would augment operations underground.It will explore new approaches to rapidly map,navigate,search and exploit three types of complex underground environments:human made tunnel systems,urban underground,and natural cave networks.Teams from around the world will compete over the next three years ."

Looking back to the 07/03/2018 Mobilicom's announcement titled as"new mobile mesh network solutions for underground operations with Mobilicom's communications units", it is logical to hear that "the new mobile mesh solutions is added by Mobilicom following in-depth discussions with existing and potential customers".This kind of interaction reinforces our products' stickiness for our customers.
