Ozyoioi, I think the bear case centres on the company's net debt of $21.7m (as at 31 December 2016) versus its current market capitalisation of $8m.
Net profit was around $1m in the year to June 2017 - that's not bad, and it's heading in the right direction - but at that rate it would take 21 years to pay off the debt. Talk of dividends is somewhat premature imo.
