What makes anyone think that if the ASX rejects an application for relisting the LSE would accept it??

The example of MOD is a company that was trading on the ASX at the time without any issues, so NOT a like comparison.

As others have now also expressed, the main game should be about getting relisted on the ASX ASAP, and a timeline for such would have been far more appropriate, instead of chasing something different, with the associated costs.
