By listing on the LME this will give Winmar access to much easier fund raising if needed in the future. As stated in the ASX release with the obvious reasons that it will attract more interest from institutional buying. But I am also assuming there is another  reason I think to this proposed listing is that Winmar are taking a insurance policy if the ASX do not approve the re-listing soon as they are only awaiting the valuation reports to come in which are currently under way and I am assuming they will be delivered within the next two-three weeks . This valuation report being the final tick of request that the ASX requested still does not guarantee the Winmar's re-entry and re-compliance. If they are not granted re-listing then Winmar will just move to the LME....smart manoeuvre in my opinion as they with now hold a a strategic ace to counter this potential problem.

I have also read on the HC comments about the low cobalt prices affecting WFE's opening prices. Yes granted interest would much higher if it was re-listed mid last year , however one should not be too concerned with the current LME price of cobalt being $30,000 per ton, as that means Winmar will be buying its raw feed much cheaper in proportion from its suppliers to reflect the lower cobalt prices. Cheaper cobalt prices simply mean lower buying prices that would need to be struck as I am assuming that prices struck with the miners of the material would be percentage price based on the fluctuating cobalt prices.  I would only get worried if the price gets to $10k per ton which I doubt we will see in th short term as the demand for cobalt in the upcoming years with the electrification of the the major car manufacturers will see demand hold and even push the prices upwards to much higher levels.
All is good subject as we march towards the "end game" as the Avenger has pointed out, just need the patience of waiting till everything is hopefully approved and the we should see even more fireworks with the rumoured off take agreement and maybe even more withheld positive announcements after  being activated once we re-list.
