IMHO that is a good analysis @HAC30 thanks.

Some of the statements made in these threads are just unbelievable and usually with no basis. I take the last comment by @cfp " we will be cashflow positive".
Huh??
Where is the evidence for this?
There is no indication from the company of the price of 'ore'.
There is no indication from the company of the cost of processing.
There is no indication from the company about recovery.
There is no indication from the company about offtake pricing.
There is no resource.
There is no feasibility study.

Basically any and every comment about how much cashflow there will be or how much the share price will open at, are unsubstantiated ramping, simply because all the above are unknown, despite nearly 9 months of suspension.
