All depends on the ASX, and WFE management as to how they want to proceed.
Seeing as our current share price is already above 2cents, which is the condition required by the ASX to to be eligible to apply for a waiver for a 20c re-listing, it means WFE will be eligible to request for a waiver to that 20c re-listing requirement. And if the waiver is approved, it will mean WFE will not need any 10:1 or whatever share consolidation.
Will WFE management include the waiver in the prospectus? We'll see. Maybe they will. Will the ASX grant the Waiver? We'll see. Maybe they will. Should be a trivial matter for the ASX really.
