@ozblue, I took the liberty of scrolling through an announcement and found this in the latest quarterlies activities, see link below, to help I have cut and pasted part of the announcement that WFE put out for you @ozblue, and have also included the link to the announcement so there can be no concerns of unsubstantiation, @ozblue, is there anything else we can get for you to help you understand where WFE is up to or heading to that has been announced, I would like to point out @ozblue, we will be only classified as world class producers of cobalt and copper and once we are readmitted to the ASX that will be our sole purpose, @ozblue, eventually over the next 12-24 months WFE will look to go mining and once this happens we will notify the relevant authorities in both Australia and DRC to obtain all licences and permits not already in our possession, I would expect by then the plant will have been upgraded and or a newer one built depending on what happens and WFE requirements, here is the extract,
Untitled The Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum and Prospectus are required to include,amongst other things, an Investigating Accountant's Report, an Independent Geologist's Report andan Independent Solicitor's Report. In anticipation of this, the Company engaged Pitcher Partners to complete the InvestigatingAccountant's Report, Pelesa and Associates to complete the Independent Solicitor's Report, andgeological consulting group, Minex Exploration and Steffen Kalbkop to complete an IndependentGeologist's Report. These reports remain in draft awaiting ASX approval of an application for in-principle advice before finalisation can occur.
