The ASX and ASIC don't care what the company or it's advisors say, they want independent experts verifying all the aspects of 'prospective financial information'.

Many of you here just don't seem to understand that it is not what the company states, but what the independent experts say that counts. This is why there is even a clampdown on scoping studies, that seem to be saying less and less.
The regulatory authorities want feasibility studies, with all aspects covered by independent experts.
Try and go around what the regulatory authorities want, seems to lead to having to do a prospectus while in suspension as the result.

Substance please, can you please direct me to where it states Winmar must use one of the top 4?

I believe as others have alluded to, once Winmar addresses all the items released in December, I believe the ASX will save face and grant them the green light. You cannot keep creating hoops to jump through, otherwise the ASX will look a little incompetent to not pick up any extra issues back in December.
