the ASX is an inbred exchange out of tune with the 21st century - and hence they are either too VIGILANT (like the WFE scrutiny going on now) or are so lax that anything can pass off as an announcement and they wouldn't have a clue...

if WFE were to shift to a single listing and that too just the LSE, I can think of nothing ominous - in fact, that would not be a bad thing... so many stocks have moved out of ASX listing and gone to Canada (TSX) and have their shackles off (will send a list later on)... hope WFE has the same result IF & WHEN they stop being traded on the ASX...

LSE + LME + Co = $$$$ - the world understands the "exotic" stuff better than the ASX...
