There will be no individual requests for different bits of information. The ASX basically wants all companies to follow the Regulatory guides. It is a coverall type statement.
It is all about butt covering by the Regulators, they want independent reports/evidence on what the company is going to do in the future.
What reasonable grounds are there that 'ABC Cobalt miner' can provide the ore stated in the contract????? What's the JORC resource they have legal control over?????
