    Try looking in the regulatory guides for prospectuses and particularly the part about "reasonable grounds". I have provided these links as part of conversations in the past, but somehow people to forget to look in the correct places...

    It is the 'reasonable grounds' criteria that catches companies all over the place. It is like the BODs of many junior companies don't know they exist.
    It clearly states you need independent experts to back up claims/plans of a company.

    Take WFE's current example of buying into a JV and buying in 'ore' to make a profit for shareholders, because that is the plan as I understand it.
    Where has the company produced any independent expert reports to show that this is feasible?? There are none, so ASX have jumped hard on the company.
