Thanks buddy , thats was a big post , but you did not really answer the question , how will a falling cobalt price be detrimental to WFE ( Other yes ) I agree maybe !
If WFE's buy in price is fixed to a rising or falling (LME) price ? Quote: We do know that there are companies pulling back on fast ramp up of production of cobalt in the DRC due to low prices (among other reasons), plus there will be a large increase of cobalt coming out of the DRC over the next couple/few years (Katanga, Mutanda, Chemaf, ERG Metalkol etc).
: pulling back on fast ramp up of production of cobalt
: plus there will be a large increase of cobalt coming out of the DRC over the next couple/few years
Thats a bit of a 50/50 bet there Oz Lol ! Pullbacks and Ramp ups
1+2-3 = ? Lol
How can your above quote ( Not Be ) beneficial to WFE's strategy with the (ASM ) ( SSM) miners , production pullbacks in my mind from the majors , could only at some point put pressure on the Cobalt price ( To Rise )
Anyway the main point is . WFE ore supply is directly tied back to the ( LME) price , ( LME) price falls , our Ore supply ( Buy In ) price falls yeah !
Ps. Ore Purchase Agreements in place for an initial period of 12 months, with an option for the Company’s recently established joint venture company, Winmar Lufira MiningCompany SA, to extend by a further 24 months
36 Months of Ore supply , know Grade , Know Monthly Tonnage , Know Buy Price !
