Ive decided i need to start reading HC again after a month or two off. Its sad to see such poor comments and taking a path that so many are taking which is extreme doubt. I cant resist but to support truth. Oz may not know how many there was exactly but the number was likely 10. You can organise your own if you want. The speakers were who you would expect to be there if you were interested to learn more of the directions a company is planning and needing to raise cap.
It seems some have different and opposing views on the past cap raise. One should know that regulators wouldn't allow it to go ahead because a prospectus needed to issued. That's quite clear maybe 6 months ago. So if 708's have a allocation, are they required to take it up? My understanding is that the understanding and detail in the prospectus would be what determines if a 708 takes what he reserved. I dont think I am wrong on this and It really seems elementary for as in this case the asx required a prospectus for even a 708. So if its not yet issued, then the CR is still awaiting completion.
However, usually a 708 doesn't need to have the benefit of a prospectus but relies on such things as term sheets.

im just here because i cant sleep tonight so I thought id pop in for a look after a few months walkabout.

People are making far to many assumptions and not understanding contributors messages.

For me, its a walk in the park, i just want this to be right and i dont care if it opens later this year, nor would i be surprised to hear its in production when it comes on. Think about that for a moment and how that could possibly occur. .  . . I expect we will have a tremendous prospectus for us all to read and we will be able to make our decisions on investing in WFE armed with great detail I trust. I thank OZ for his contributions and enjoy seeing QUALITY rebuttals. Given he is far more researched and better intentioned than any past "down ramper" ive encountered in these forums, it allows us to have more quality debate here to build knowledge. I still have unanswered questions form the company that I have emailed and maybe at that time they couldnt answer? But I trust that many topics raised by great contributors here are taken and passed on to the board so as to ensure points of concern are met in the prospectus. A very important point in being a good sales person is to anticipate your objections before they are raised or even known about. Thus when they are raised, you can simply refer the party to the section in the prospectus. Very powerful stuff.

please excuse my grammar, this has done its job , which was to rest my mind and make me more ready to fall asleep
