K-man from my understanding just means the company is priced on another exchange and hence if it moves overnight (as insto’s re-rate etc or their research houses provide coverage) then we move on the ASX as well...eg they move 10% up we will see this and move likewise or more the next day...simply access more global players. So having that greater exposure on the main London boards attracts overseas investors but also we have another price moving benchmark...that is if overseas prices the company at a higher value then we will accordingly adjust on the ASX..been involved with many like this....
