here is an article printed a couple of months after the one on the bottom of your page, whilst it does mention that Tesla would like to remove Cobalt it does say they are years away from achieving this, who knows by that time lithium may have been replaced as well, how many electric cars do Tesla make per year now and how many years research must go into the manufacture and use of the Cobalt free batteries, its not like they will make a decision next week and swap over, hoping nothing goes wrong, I think we need to live in the now and be concerned with todays requirements. https://planetsave.com/2018/08/17/the-evolving-cobalt-story-tesla/
