That is not what I gave evidence for at all, and you know it. It was an explanation for current lower prices and 'potentially' in the future.
All the hype about cobalt over the last couple of years has been about lithium batteries growth rates and their use of cobalt. If that changes, because of some breakthrough, and Tesla admits they still need a breakthrough in design, then all the other uses of cobalt will still happen, but the expected demand increase in the mid 20's might be much lower than expected.

It is also not according to Ozblue, it is according to the likes of Panasonic and Tesla. Argue your case with them, I just provided information you didn't want to read.
