    re: Ann: Windimurra Prepares to Export Vanadi... Indeed. Producing V2O3 at the expense of FerroV doesn't make much sense since the value-add to V2O3 product is what the back-half of the plant is designed to do.

    Unless the back-half of the plant isn't working.
