    I'm a strong believer in the Cobalt revolution and hold some reasonable parcels in a few but 4CE was never in my mix. Primary issue is they are in DRC and I don't think anyone is going to fork out the cash to support this when you have sovereignty issues and royalty issues seemingly every month, and you don't know if it can get out the ground for a profit yet.

    Just my opinion, for holders hope I am wrong
