KAI has not tested long term Guppy's since she took of in September. She is doing so again but as you can see is still trading short of the 50sma in the daily chart. It would probably take some more good news to get her above this mark, though the signs have become more encouraging. The weekly chart has KAI still trading above 50sma and taking a bounce of the long term Guppy's, which I think given my limited understanding is also encouraging. Should be remembered though that these Pilbara plays are strongly influenced by news and short term trading so everything should be taken with a grain of salt. It should also be noted that I am a mere novice when it comes to technical analysis, and merely presenting these charts on request.
