It defies sound investment logic to be selling PXX down to the current lows. If you held PXX stock from the old CYY days then you had plenty of opportunity to exit into a rising market with big volumes for the last 3 months. To be selling the stock down now reflects a vexatious personality type that would be better off spending a few hours with a therapist.
