Just reading the annual report, there is 10% of current holders just under 1000 holders, own 75% of current shares. Comes with pros and cons due to small amount of shares as it tends to be the little stuff that causes the the larger shifts. If it gets some new contracts especially government ones which seem to have a lot of personally understanding from previous roles and business connections should lift quite quickly. It does look like it is close to bottom, just needs a new good contract and should at least hold from there. Bought a small parcel yesterday.
