I don't think many retail investors see this and it's a gamble, if no competitor is willing to acquire them then there's little to no value.. the value of this company to a competitor is the value they can provide by having control over their suppliers and costs.. it's actually a very valuable model if they can pull it off and sell to a more mature IF company like BAL or A2M. both those companies are generating a lot of cash, eventually once the market fully matures they need to think of ways to generate value for shareholders with that cash... buying this company and improving margins is one way of doing that.. it's just my take on it but hey who knows what these people truly have in mind..
