Not sure everyone sees it as a positive announcement. Adding debt to a business that aren't making any money.

Sales are appalling!!

If management were so sure of succeeding, maybe they should show some signs of confidence.

Correct me if I am wrong but I have never seen any on-market buys from them.

They are just happy to get paid big bucks and play with SH's money.

Looking more and more like a dud.
