RCEP comes to mind here again and like what they are doing and see Hong Kong coming to the fore soon enough and then Taiwan...............the Chinese way

infrastructure build before opening sales channels.............always on the front foot......as opposed to many others that chase the sales space and then have to run like hell to fulfil promises
