A lot of stock is a about to expire. Or at least coming to the point where it will be less than 1 year, which would make it unsellable to wholesalers and retailers
One would need to be suspect as to why they would offer bank gaurantee and surety to receive products. Only reason would be short dated stock and products to be supplied at cost price.
