You said you were "enjoying the ride with management", hence I pointed out that none of the directors participated. The fact you can't see that as a red light is concerning. And also the fact there has been no ride, only red.

No one is laughing, and there's no need to make anything personal. I've only pointed out facts regarding the company and capital raising, rather than conjecture (as opposed to simple/attacking memes as you constantly do).
