They could always make a bid but I would assume Musgrave shareholders would have a say in whether to accept it or not. Depends on whether it is an on market bid to acquire MGV shares at a certain price for cash or an off market bid. Be an interesting development but would rob all us long term holders of the gains we have been waiting for and that now appear to be within reach.
