I hold WGX share and follow both gold and TON very closely. WGX forum does not get as much love as the BDR/ NST / RSG and of course gold forums and this forum is pretty dead with little to no comments.
But if any WGX shareholder is reading and wants to know a bit or two about TON (pretty relevant for WGX now), then here is my comment I just passed on that forum.

At first glance, it appears that WGX is getting a very good deal.
For WGX shareholders who want to know a little more general info about TON, here it is -
1/ Prior to this announcement , TON had absolutely nothing to do with lithium but was and still is mainly into graphite and has 3 exceptional graphite assets as mentioned below
2/ One of world’s largest graphite deposits – Nicanda Hill which is just next to Syrah which is the big daddy of the graphite sector. Syrah reached its peak diluted market cap of some 1.8 billion AUD last June. SYR was lucky to get early mover advantage many years back which helped it to self-fund with some big capital raisings.
3/ Another great graphite deposit - "Ancuabe" with large flake and good purity. DFS recently announced with NPV of around 400 million AUD. I’ve given my recent analysis there
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/an...-ore-reserve.3913169/page-63?post_id=29692832
4/ Another great graphite deposit- "Nicanda West" with graphite similar to Ancuabe.
We gold bugs are well aware of the manipulation in gold since years and TON is one share that reminds me of gold. A company with great assets which has been played around with, on the market, for years. Good institutional investors as cornerstones IMO might be able to take TON places, as it just seems so fundamentally undervalued.
As I mentioned at start, at first glance, WGX seems to be getting a pretty good deal and many TON shareholders (me included) are quite surprised right now.
Next week will hopefully shed more light on this matter.
Merry Christmas and a very happy 2018 to all. Cheers
