In my opinion it is not stock specific. There are plenty of what I consider good projects or resources going around that currently are receiving SFA attention. I think it is the macro climate and market we are in right now unfortunately.

Liquidity sucks across the board from what I am seeing. There are probably holders of this stock that have wanted out for weeks and are using any liquidity event they can get to sell shares without driving the price down unreasonably far.

As for the buyers that is a different question. As I said liquidity across the commodities spec end is pretty poor. Where has all the money gone? All the noobs from late last year that piled in with easy money blown accounts up in harder conditions this year or stuck in stocks elsewhere? Crypto blowing up killed some more life savings and maybe drawn money out of stocks to cover losses? Banks calling in higher risk loans on people geared to the eyeballs in overpriced property and people needing to deal with that issue taking money out of the market?

Could be many reasons but in my opinion and what I am seeing elsewhere I don't think it is ADT specific.
