Vale have certainly frustrated AQA over the years, but AQA now have only one project left ( Eagle Downs) in joint venture with them. AQA have previously sold Isaac Plains and will finally settle on Belvedere in this quarter leaving only Eagle Downs in a 50/50 partnership. So far there have been no disputes with Eagle Downs and hopefully this will continue.
