CHN's landpackage is extremely close to Karratha. When I think about it now If they prove up the presence of conglomerates there's no way we won't be trading close to $1 given peer valuations.
KAI has found no nuggets, just conglomerate units and is trading near 9 cents with 680m shares/options out. This puts their mcap fully diluted into the 60m range.
CHN can easily attain that kind of valuation + the 40-45m in cash and you're looking at well north of 50 cents.
