My reading is that ITT doesn't have the resources (Capitalised at $1.5m)to do the work required to mainatain these leases so its turned down the offer to acquire the option. Little loss in my view. This probably means that HGO won't go ahead and exercise the option and hence won't be spending any money on the project. Good news as funds need to be better focussed IMHO.
