I think you will find that all of those companies would jump on it if it was offered for that price again.
At the time there was board movement / issues, A new CEO, Oil price was down, Origin (the JV partner) was selling their 50% via lattice to beach. There were lots of distractions.
Stock market valuations are almost always wrong.
Your $250m valuation is less than half of what waitsia sold for. And the new projected resource size of WE is greater.
