At the very best they may have got it done for $500k, likely closer to $750k and don't be surprised if it comes in closer to the $1m mark. No way that program was done for anywhere near $250k. Mobilisation and demobilisation of the rig, coil unit and other contractors gear alone would have been close to $200k all up.
