I think the problem here is (lack of funds aside) the MC is sitting close to 100mill with nothing more than a concept that may or may not turn out being economic and it's proved to be rather problematic thus far. This was a legacy project and it seems the new WA projects are becoming the main focus. Problem is, even with a 69% COS, 100mill mc is rather lofty when you look at the potential downside should WE not prove positive in the primary target......we could be in for one hell of a haircut if unsuccessful at WE.
