The test of this management will be the pricing of any equity component of the financing. That is one element that presumably remains in their control if they have vetted such a large range of funding offers. If they approve more equity at a discount to the current price they aren't doing shareholders any favours and depending on the size of the placement will be giving away value and potentially a good part of any pre-mining takeover premium, ie banksters could win twice if there is collusion.
