I think we need to give them the benefit of the doubt for the moment. They are doing 600m holes here so it does take some time.
4M ounces (with half in high grade) is optimistic. The high grade conponemt is likely to be incremental ounces added as they go deeper, as well as increasing confidence moving resources from inferred to indicated. Of course if they were able to find another M1 South then it would be a different story.
